SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
In-stock merchandise purchased through hivepalmbeach.com will be processed within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Merchandise will be delivered via UPS standard ground transportation. Express delivery may be requested for an additional charge. A physical street address is required for delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Most furniture will be delivered via white glove delivery service. Please carefully inspect your item upon arrival. Should your item arrive defective or damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name and order number.
Merchandise (excluding shoes and clothing) must be returned within (30) calendar days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale.
All shoes and clothing purchased online must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags within (14) calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please send an email to email@example.com.
You may cancel your order at any time before the order is processed. Once a product has shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
HIVE may cancel orders for any reason, including, but not limited to, discontinued items, pricing errors, and declined credit card payments.
