Ann Mashburn most feminine popover, in dress form for all your springtime needs… made up in poplin from Italy that feels crisp and silky at the same time. There's also on-seam pockets and extra fabric to let down the hem if you'd like a longer dress — it can be lengthened up to 3 more inches. Note that the frilled trim is intentionally unfinished, cut on the bias with a raw edge, so expect a little fraying over time and avoid machine drying.
